Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately can't offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

eGift Cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund within the expected time period, first check with your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@veldskoen.com. Please include your original purchase information and a copy of your refund approval confirmation email in this correspondence. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items and promotional sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items listed as 'clearance' cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Per order, we provide one size exchange free of charge, provided the item is in unworn condition and in original packaging. Additional exchanges, or exchanges for a different shoe colour or style may be approved, however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An exchange request due to a defective or damaged item will be processed free of charge.

Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and would like to make an exchange or return, please have the original purchaser make this request. Items purchased using e-Gift cards can be exchanged provided they are in unworn condition and in original packaging. e-Gift cards themselves cannot be refunded. 

Shipping
To return or exchange your product, a return shipping label will be provided to you upon approval of your return or exchange request. Items should be placed in original packaging, and inserted into a standard protective shipping bag/sleeve, with the shipping label clearly affixed to the front.
